Claudio, born and raised in Santa Catarina, Brazil came to live permanently in Canada in 2009. Here he started his career with a strong marketing and sales background. He then met Kayla, an assistant manager of a restaurant franchise. Together they came up with a business idea of a Brazilian style food truck - Brazilian cuisine with Canadian influence.
We care about protecting the rainforest and plan on doing just that! With that in mind, we plan on donating 1% of profits towards the burned Amazon forest in Brasil.
